Good morning, afternoon, evening, whichever time you read this blog. I am so excited to finally be doing this. This is my first post (obviously). I got the idea to start a blog from my brother Tyris over at www.thinkchristians.blogspot.com. He kind of had a similar journey to the truth as I did. That's halfway explained in the "About Me" section. I'll do a later post fully explaining that portion of my life in more clarifying terms.
By the way, that's me on the far right on the picture I have posted. That was taken during my senior year of high school. I was voted by the teachers as Mr. THS.
I have learned and grown a lot this past year and a half in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have learned much about a disciple's responsibilities and commands we have to our Lord, first and foremost, and then to each other as brothers and sisters in Him. I am so happy because I've experienced the growth that we are to have. Gotta get ready to go to church; I'll post more later!
Solus Christus,

About Me
- Mister C
- Born September 1986. Drawn to faith at about 12 years old. Had an extremely vague understanding of God's Word; Thought the Trinity was weapon that Aquaman's enemies used. Made it through high school (High school valedictorian, 3.9 GPA). I understood what it meant to live right, but never grew in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; that's as far as my knowledge went. Got to college (Mississippi State), joined Generation 6:20 (WOF-based) Campus Ministry. Heard a lot of things that didn't make sense, and I stupidly agreed with. Was very confused on how someone can "hear from God" yet teach false doctrine. By God's sovereign providence, came across Mr. Melvin Jones' and Mr. John Coleman's websites, learned about the abundance of false teachers, the importance of knowing God's Word and thinking for oneself. Been strictly Bible after that; what we need to know from Him and about Him is all in His Word. Occured in mid-2006-07. Read some good books about the heretical fallacies and the history of the WOF movement, Charismatic Chaos by John MacArthur and Christianity in Crisis by Hank Hannengraf. Glory to God opening my eyes to the truth!
